Interesting stuff. I dont much agree with hierarchies in churches anyway, but recognise the need for accountability. So I suppose my leadership model would be more based on an eldership with various gifts and ministries working together for God’s kingdom. If you allow for young people to take responsibility whilst always checking out with ‘advisors’ that sounds reasonable!
