You are completely misinformed. The senior base leader here is a Latina and we have many staff from South America. But if any team or base does not honour YWAM values and refuses to be corrected (even by other South American leaders) they run the risk no longer being permitted to use the name of YWAM. That goes for any base, no matter where their leaders come from.
