   Thank you Lynn Green for sharing this subject which so rich and so much helping to have better perspective on roles and function. Could you please share some view and wisdom regarding leaders and elders in YWAM taking other roles/title or function outside of YWAM at the same time ?

      It is unwise for a leader or elder to take a long term roles that require significant time expenditure. It tends to bring confusion. Some have become pastors or youth pastors. The role of youth pastor for a limited period might work if it does not require more than a few hours a week and mostly on weekends. But an adult pastoral role in a local church will unavoidably undermine our value of being interdenominational. Sometimes a leader has taken a business role but that is also usually unwise and proves to be unworkable in the long run.
